Medical physicist is good career option if you want to go in this field then maths and physics will be the most important subjects, followed by chemistry and biology .

So it will be too much helpful to you if you choose Bio science and mathematics in additional subject.

Many schools does not have additional subject so first talk to your school department and than try to take it.

I agreed that it will be little bit tough to study all subjects as well as additional subject but little affort will make your career good.
