IITs are the leading one institutes considering the Average Salary Package in placements , the Lab Facilities, the Curriculum and the College life. Apart from that, you can consider NITs and the top state run Colleges (like DTU, Anna University, COEP, etc) .
Among the private institutions:
BITS
VIT
MIT
RVCE
SRM
Amity etc. are the best ones.
