There are alot of private colleges that offer electrical engineering  . They are:

  • AbesEC
  • Abes IT
  • Ajay kumar garg engineering college
  • Srm ghaziabad
  • SRM chennai
  • VIT vellore
  • BITS
  • IMS engineering college.
So there are alot of options for you but the only thing is that you need to go there and then youll get the admission. Your percentage of 12th is a bit low because minimum 75% is the criteria. All the best!
