Let me suppose that you have completed your syllabus and is ready for revision. Also I consider that your 40 days are free which means you have at least 12 hours of free time. Now,
Start early in the morning.
6 am to 9 am - Complete one chapter of Biology. Reading notes or text and solving relevant MCQs.
9 30 to 11 30- Read Physics notes. Solve MCQs and also choke out mistakes and difficult sums. Single chapter
12 to 1- Read chemistry. If inorganic thorough reading NCERT. Organic and physical practice MCQs.Single chapter.
4 to 5- Read which is your weakest subject.
6 30 to 8- Bio again. Another chap. Same as above but keep small ones.
8 to 9 30: Physics
10 30 to 12- Chem
Sleep.
This routine is highly ideal and one is bound to differ but try sticking to it or making one of your own.Keep yourself motivated and take tests on weekends either self or through coaching etc.Keep yourself motivated and never bend down.

In order to score a good marks in the NEET 2019 examination, you should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Biology of class 11th & 12th at least 2 or 3 times for basics, your basics should be very clear upto class 12th. After that HC Verma for Physics (part -1&2), Biology by Trueman (volume-1&2) and Pradeep Guide on Biology, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge. You should also try to solve the previous years question papers, this helps too much and you should also give the mock test to rectify yourself and build your confidence level.
For preparation of exam, the most important thing is your confidence after that you should know the whole syllabus and make your plan properly for learning new chapters, solving the numericals and revision. All three things should be the part of your preparation strategy in daily routine.
The main thing is that you have to build your concentration level, then only you can stay focused on your goal. I would like to say that please limit the study time between 10 to 12 hours and please increase your concentration and speed of reading, understanding and solving the problems then you will not face any kind of difficulty.

The last fourty days are really crucial.
You can't really move mountains in the last fourty days still you must revise all the concepts that you have learnt throughout the year.Focus on important chapters.Be thorough with your preparation.Solve previous year papers and learn to manage your time as time management plays huge role.Be sure of yourself and stay positive.Don't indulge in procrastination and work hard.
Just give your best and don't bother about marks as if your preparation is good you will surely get good marks.
