If you score around 90-100 marks in JEE Main you will get a rank approx. 1 lakh. There will be very less chances to get any seat and branch in NIT/IIIT under general category based on this rank.

NIT admission depends on your state (home state quota), category and JEE Main rank & cut off rank will vary for all the NITs.
If you belongs to general category and want to get NIT then you should score more than 130 marks in JEE Main.
