Hi, I am sorry but with this score you will not even be able to clear the cut off of JEE Mains even with OBC NCL category. I would suggest you to go for colleges that don't give admission on the basis of JEE Mains such as Manipal, Amity University etc.
You can also drop one year and prepare again for JEE Mains if you wish to.
