See both the courses are good in terms of getting jobs and employment. But let me give you some fact that most BPharm student in the country usually don't get scope to work in there core fields i.e., most Pharmaceutical students have to work in IT sector or other fields but they don't get a core job. This is the same for most of the fields such as CE, ME etc. So if you wish to work in a field which you have studied then BSc Radiology will give you a better perspective. For BSc Radiology you must be sure that you get into colleges which have tie ups with hospitals and other medical facilities so that you can acquire the clinical knowledge. Now BSc Radiology have good jobs available but if you wish to accelerate your career more then you should do MSc course after your BSc.
But I would say, you must choose the subject you are interested in. If you don't take the subject of your interest then there is a good possibility that you won't be able to concentrate on the curriculum solely.
