So I've been answering this kind of question time and again. It is the peak time that you should realize and emphasis on what you like to learn, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology. If you weigh both of these courses the same and do not prefer any then go for the better college that is NIT Warangal. Else, if you want to learn Chemical then only go to VNIT Nagpur. Because you can do many things like you have a scope nowadays for Biotechnology. Many students are taking up this branch of study. According to me go for NIT Warangal Biotechnology. Definitely, think yourself where and what you want to study. The decision has to be taken and finalised by you only.
