First of all there is no College of C.B.S.E board. If you choose to do 12th from C.B.S.E board rather than doing it from some junior college then you will have to take admission in some school because C.B.S.E is a school board not an University.
Now To appar for NEET or JEE MAINS you must be in your 12th and you can take admission in some Engineering Institute or Medical College you will have to pass your 12th. I hope you have understood my point.
