suppose EWS is full & general category is open , than will that general category seat offered to the student who is already of general category but also have submitted EWS certificate ?

Hi,
Open category seats basically refers the seats that are open for all the categories irrespective of their caste reservation.
Under reservation policy the seats reserved are only to ensure that there are students from all sections of society in the college.
But even though you belong to ews category, you can definitely apply for general category seats.
