Suppose I got an allotment of PG Govt seat in AIQ Round 1 counse. I joined and paid the balance Tution fee, opted for Round 2 up gradation. In the mean time I got a better allotment from my state PG counseling. How can I resign & accept the state seat? Will my Tution money money will be forfeited?

Hello,

As per your query first of all I do not think you can further proceed for later rounds if you book your seat by joining that college. If you wish to proceed for further then you have to keep your seat as a floating seat. And after you have joined the college there is a time till which you can cancel it and get your money refunded but after that you would have to forfeit it.
