The average salary for a BITS Pilani student in 2017 was around 11 lacs. Some students had a offer ranging between 25-60 lacs too. But these offers differ from year to year. So if you are a really bright student even before your MBA you might get a very good offer with your BTech from BITS Pilani.

Ideally if you have an undergrad professional degree like a BTech, it is advisable to go for work experience for about 1 or 2 year and then opt for an MBA. The salary after you finish your Management programme from an IIM may depend on the CTC you got in your earlier job.
