Hi Subhash! That would indeed make a very attractive profile! You would be definitely eligible in terms of qualification. Each company has its own set eligibility criteria for CEO post as well such as number of years of service or others. However, it's not just about your qualification or number of years of experience that matter to be the CEO. It is the leadership skills, vision for company and clients, innovation and ideation that matter the most. It is more about how good a leader you are than how good a manager you are. While all good leaders are good managers, but all managers are not necessarily good leaders. If you have already done MBA from IIM then, needless to say, you must've acquired the right education and skills.
