Suppose you give boards this year. But secure less than 75% marks in boards. So you re-appeared boards this year itself from NIOS. But your JEE Mains form was filled by your previous board name. How can I edit this and take admission in NIT/GFTI?

As you will be appearing for your boards this year but due to less marks, you want to appear for NIOS, so you will have to reappear for your JEE Mains agin in the next year. You won't be able to appear for JEE mains this year.
Please note that a student gets three consecutive attempts for JEE Mains. As you appeared for your boards in the year 2020. So you will be eligible to appear for JEE mains in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022. Also you will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced in the year 2020 and 2021.
For admission into NITs and other institutions, you will not be eligible if you have less than 75% in boards for general category and less than 65% for ST , SC and OBC.
Hope it helps
