suppse the candidate gets allotment in AIQ counselling for mds can he/she. still participate in the State counselling ?

Yes dear. You can apply for both counselling all India and State quota counselling. In all India quota counseling have 15% seats allotted and state quota counselling have 85% seats are allotted. You can participate both separately no issues will occur.
