NIT suratkal has a overall student rating of 4.3/5 and has mostly some positive reviews about the college by its students.

Both are among top Institutes in India. IT and CSE branch has similar course structure differing in few subjects only. The average package of NIT Surathkal is 10.8 Lakh while for DTU the average package is 7.2 Lakh. Also NIT Surathkal has NIRF Ranking of 13th while DTU has NIRF Ranking of 36 in Engineering Section . Based on these factors, NIT Surathkal seems to be better choice than DTU- CSE.
