It is more or less the same as that of NEET except:

Biology- Earthworm and Frog are also included

Physics- Communication Systems; Semiconductors and Transistors are more in depth

GK- Most of the questions are related to current affairs and Government initiatives.

AIIMS exam has a more deeper level of questions which involve higher applications of the same basic concepts that you've learnt in school. Practice AIIMS mock papers to get a grip on the question pattern.
