Taken two digits 2,3

Making 4 digit number with the digits appearing equal number of times

3322

3232

2323

2233

3223

2332

So , we can make 6 different numbers based on your condition.

From those 6 numbers

The greatest number is 3322 , And the smallest number is 2233

Hello!

If we take the numbers 2 and 3 and make four digit numbers by using both the number equal number of times then we make 6 such numbers using the given condition.

They are: 2233 , 3322, 3232, 3223, 2323, 2332

The smallest number formed is 2233 and the largest number form is 3322.
