Candidates who belong to SC catagory required at least 320 to 400 marks for taking admission in government medical college in Tamil Nadu. Every college have there different cutoff marks and the cutoff marks change every year. In neet 2019 , 360 marks for sc category was the lowest marks for getting a government medical college under Tamilnadu State quota and it was for Government Karur Medical College, Karur
But, cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should have at least around 400 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination
