Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is a renowned university situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The university has been recognized by UGC and is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Directorate of Education. The institute offers various UG and PG courses in the domain of Agriculture.

The college has a very good infrastructure, good lab facilities, and also has separate research unit for UG and PG departments. The library of the college is great. It has many books for curriculum needs as well as for recreation purposes. The college has a big playground, and also offers hostel facility, university hospital, distance learning centre, and classrooms are fitted with modern projectors and speakers. There are welfare societies for students, handcraft products selling shop and botanical garden. There are various events organised every year in the college like fests, cultural festival and many more.

Most of the faculty members are very helpul, qualified and have great knowledge in their respective subjects. Most of the qualified staff members are mostly researchers and scientists. This course curriculum is very relevant and makes aspirants more eligible and efficient, and provide practical knowledge in a professional manner.

Around 70% of the students from every batch gets placed every year. The salaries offered is between Rs .20,000 per month to 1lakh (depends on the capability of the students). Various research institutes and companies like Biocon provide placements. Many students get selected for research in various institutes all over India as well as world, Taiwan Institute in Korea Seoul. Many students also get internships through the Indian Academic Science.
