Hello dear student, it's hard to predict precisely till first round counseling but by looking into last year's cutoff lists of the state Tamil Nadu we can tell the range of marks can go like  600- 556 for the government MBBS college while the range of marks  for BDS in government college is  513+ for the unreserved category. Expecting you are general category student as you haven't mentioned the category.
