i do did the same mistake then i contacted to the given mail id and provided my original signature and i apalogised for my mistake withing couple of hours the uploaded my correct signature

No there is no correction window for TANCET exam that means you have no option for making changes or corrections in your application form after the final submission. If your signature does not match with the signature you have submitted in the application from then it will be a problem. The only way is to sign the same signature you have uploaded in the admit card during the exam.
