Both the college belong to same group of techno india Group.Techno university is an autonomus university and the other one is considered the main campus of this institute (group TIG).Both of them follow different pattern,university has its own rules and new exam academic pattern recognised by UGC ,whereas college  follow the MAKAUT pattern.Both of them are good one being the oldest and other being the autonomus university but i will suggest TIU because of its more facilities than the old college and other academic scopes.I Hope it helped
