See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat in Telangana state or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Telangana for All India Quota seats then there are almost no chances for you to get seat in any of the good medical colleges but yes you can get management seat in some private colleges in Maharashtra under Home state quota but it depends upon your reservation category from which you belongs to.
