B.Sc Radiology is three years undergraduate course comes under medical subfield. So there is no requirement of NEET exam for the admission. Radiology helps to diagnose the diseases of the body and injuries inside the body using X-ray. So you can get jobs in hospitals and research institutes. In Tamilnadu you can get seat in the colleges,

Since it a B.Sc degree you need not take NEET or finish MBBS. But if it is an MD in Radiology you would have to take NEET PG or finish MBBS
