Hello!
Choose a college major based on psychology. You must pass your 10+2 with 50% or more marks. There are specific entrance exams that you have to appear to take up a BA/BSc course in psychology, like DUET, JMIEE and TISSNET. After this, take up BA/BA(hons) Psychology or BSc in Clinical Psychology as your undergrad degree. Gather expertise as an undergrad student and learn the skills necessary for clinical psychology such as research, analytical skills, communication, work ethics and other capabilities, through internships. After your graduation, go for master's (MA/MSc) in psychology with specializations like Applied Psychology or Counseling Psychology. Follow up your master's degree with a Ph.D degree in order to become a clinical psychologist.
