Hello!

Nift exam basically has three parts


GAT-General ability test


CAT- creative ability test


SITUATION TEST


GAT- This exam is conducted to check your

logical thinking ,analytical thinking and general awareness. This test consists of maths, English, reasoning and GK Current Affairs questions. You can clear this round by just preparing from class8-10th books. For  currrnt affairs you should read newspaper daily and for GK you can prepare from the book Lucent.


CAT-  This test is to check drawing skills and creativity of the student. In this round, 5 random topics will be given and they asked you to express these through drawing and creative writing so a liitle bit of practice is required to clear this round.


Situation test- In this round, various topics will be given and you have to choose one and develop some prototype  related to selected topic and materials will be  provided to you by the college and you have to choose the material creatively. For this round 3 hours will be given to you.

In this round they will be looking for material handling ability of the student and how one can come up with innovative ideas in limited resources.
