Some deemed Universities are SRM, VIT, BITS which have their own entrance exams like SRMJEEE, VITEEE and BITSAT. There is scholarships for students who are board toppers or have topped their entrance exams but no tuition waiver schemes. Tuition waiver generally is given in state run universities and institutes. What I suggest is you tell me which universities you are interested in as well which state you are studying in , then I can suggest better options
