It depends, because there are some private colleges which have their own hospital thus they provide job in their own hospital, also there are a few private as well as government colleges which do not provide any placement but they only provide internship opportunity after which the student can find a job for themselves.

along with this there are private and government colleges which provide placement in top pharmaceutical companies and renowned hospitals, so it depends, it is not compulsory that a private college will provide job in private industry itself.
