your 12th score will make it difficult for you to get admission on merit based courses. So, focus on entrance based courses and prepare for the entrance well.
you can seek for admission in these courses at IP University:
B.Sc (Nursing) & B.Sc (MLT), BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Voc, B.Ed & BJMC.
also you can get a B.(voc) course in delhi university.Also the tuition fee at delhi university is reasonable.
coming to pvt colleges, you can easily get admission in amity university, sharda university, LPU but the degree will hold absolutely no value after 3 or 4 years.Also, the fee at private colleges is comparitively higher.
