We cannot tell that one book in which you can study entire chemistry syllabus.There will be various books for your reference.
For preparing Organic chemistry ,
Organic chemistry by O.P Tondon is one of the best book.In that book you can get from the basics of organic chemistry.You can also get good explanation for each and every topic.
For preparing Inorganic chemistry:
Concise of Inorganic chemistry by J D Lee is one of the best reference books.
*NCERT Books are very important for preparing for JEE Mains.Because many questions are being asked directly from the NCERT Text books.
