The comparision is between a university and a college so there has to be some differences.Teerthanker Mahavir University comes under state with private ownership which is spread across 140 acres.They provide degree courses in various fields which also includes Law as well where as Jagran Law School is a college spread over 5 acres of land which specifically for the students who wish to pursue Law so I believe now  you'll get some clarity which has the upper hand over other. Placementwise, Jagran Law school performs better than TMU.
