Dear Banu, am guessing this is regarding AIIMS MBBS form. Well, to be honest, this diesn't get rectified immediately. Students tried for 2-3 days before it was resolved. The last date for completing the Final registration process is March 12th. So at this point in time, the only option is to keep trying.
