Hey aspirant

The University of Delhi B.Ed. entrance exam comprises of 100 MCQs divided into 3 sections of 2 hours duration. You can prepare for the reasoning and general awareness and language proficiency section by any good competitive preparation book. For subject knowledge, you should prefer NCERT books. Overall, the B.Ed. entrance examination guide by Arihant Publishing will work.

The eligibility is to have a Bachelor’s Degree from the Delhi University or equivalent university with at least 50% marks in any two subjects out of 200 at their graduation level.

The B.Ed course is offered by 4 colleges under DU -

  • Lady Irwin College
  • Maharishi Valmiki College of Education
  • Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for women
  • Department of Education (Central Institute of Education, CIE)
