The admit card should be printed in Color or in Black and white?

It is completely okay to print admit card either in black and white or in colour. Just the print should be clear and readable. There is no specific instruction about the printing so both black and white and colour is fine. It's completely your choice if there is no specific instruction.

You can carry either black and white or coloured print out of your admit card , both are acceptable

This is because

There is no compulsion that your neet admit card should be coloured

But as coloured one is more clearly visible so coloured admit card is more preferable

Now , that you still have time left for your neet examination I'll suggest you to focus on your preparation and revision, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

There is no instruction as such that black and white printout of IPU CET admit card will not be acceptable. However it would be better if a colour printout of the admit card was taken to the examination centre. As you can check the official notice no restriction on admit card is given so its up to you which you prefer to print.
