the application form for pessat is closed but why can i still register for it

Hi there. In response to your query the answer could either be of two cases. Firstly the examination authorities might have decided to extend the registration date for the exam, which is usually very common nowadays due to online technical difficulties. Secondly, it might be possible that the website for the same might be glitching hence it is showing open applications but when you go through the process it wouldn't result in a successful candidature.
