The total salary of all employees = $14000x$

$14000x = 13200x - 66000 + 90000$
$⇒ 14000x - 13200x = 90000 - 66000$
$⇒ 800x = 24000$
$⇒ x = \frac{24000}{800} = 30$
∴ Total number of workers in the factory is 30.
