Correct Answer: 31

Solution : Sum of the average weights of A, B and C = (A + B+ C) = 45 × 3 = 135 Kg (equation 1)
Sum of the average weights of A and B = (A + B) = 40 × 2 = 80 Kg (equation 2)
Sum of the average weights of B and C = (B + C) = 43 × 2 = 86 Kg (equation 3)
Adding equation 2 and equation 3, we get,
A + B + B + C = 80 + 86
Since, A + B + C = 135
⇒ 135 + B = 166
$\therefore$ B = 31 Kg
Hence, the correct answer is 31 kg.
