Hello dear student,
I understand your query as you have asked for the best books to prepare for Neet mcq questions. Well then you can solve MCQ from the books like mtg Arihant publicationsy and also cengage books . But if you take my advice then Arihant MCQ question books are really good and you should solve questions from it and either you can take any of the books that I have just told you because the main point is you need to prepare for the exam and you need to solve as many as MCQs so that you can obtain good marks . While NCERT books are highly recommended for the preparation of the exam and also if you have NCERT exampler then do practice questions from it because that will help you for the exam. I hope this was helpful to you

You can consider NCERT, H.C. Verma Physics books as that will be enough for NEET. Coming to MCQ, I think solving previous year question papers of exams such as NEET, AIIMS, AIPMT, JEE main, etc. will be sufficient.
