AICTE or State board of technical education recognised Diploma of at least 3 years duration can apply for JEE Main & JEE Advance Entrance Exam also. Yes you can fillup for Jeemain and Jee Advanced however you cannot be eligible for IIT and NIT and CFTI as only science disciplines students are eligible.
You can however get admission to other private engineering colleges but from first year of engineering.
