Circumference of circle = $2\pi r$
Let the radius of the circle with a circumference of 264 cm be $r_1$

So, $2\pi r_1$ = 264
or, $r_1$ = 42 cm
Also, $2\pi r_2$ = 396
or, $r_2$ = 63 cm
