In order to tell you about the availability of NCC Facility in a college, you will have to mention the name of the college for which you are referring to in your question. Even if a college does not provide this facility, one can join NCC as an open cadet. Open Cadets are generally sent to other college of the same university which have NCC. If selected the college takes physical efficiency test, written test and also interviews. Although, the selection criteria may differ a bit.
