Gokaraju rangaraju college is best for computer science engineering in the aspects of infrastructure, best faculty, best labs and good environment for studies. But according to placements wise VNR vignan jyothi college is best for the computer science engineering course. Now, it's depends upon individual. If he wants good environment then he prefers gokaraju rangaraju college. If he wants to place in campus placements then he will choose VNR vignan jyothi college. Hope it helps for you.
