Different websites have difference fee structures for the terms. Some websites may provide you the fee structure for single year while some may provide you the fee structure for the whole MBBS course . If you are talking about Careers 360 website then the careers 360 website mentions the fees for MBBS course for the whole 5.5 years not for the single year .
