Hello,

In this case two situtations are possible where the value of L1<L2 or L1>L2.

Assuming L1<L2-

1)Calculate e1 = -L1(di/dt)

2)Similarly e2 = -L2(di/dt)

So now for drawing graph take the x axis as (di/dt) thats is rate of change of current and the y axiz as emf(e).As the value of the above calculated emf is resulting as negative, the straight line will be drawn in the fourth quadrant or the area of negative y axis and positive x axis.

As L2>L1 the slope of e2 will be greater so first draw a straight line for e2 strating from 0(origin) in the negative y region(4th quadrant) but L1 is smaller than L2 hence the slope of line e1 will be smaller than e2 hence we draw a straight line for e1 above e2 starting from the origin(0) towards the negative y region.

But if L1>L2 as in case 2 we will line for e1 below the line e2 in the fourth quadrant as slope of e1 is greater than e2 with both lines starting from the origin.(0,0)

Hope this helps!
