The cut off for OBC shown here is 6798 for Aiims Rishikesh, is it the rank of a pwd OBC candidate or just an OBC candidate ?

The 2018 Cutoff released not ony includes OBC Category the Cutoff also includes PWBD Category(OBC).
The PWBD Category(OBC) rank who got last seat in round one of counselling had 9973(Rank).

If I talk about AIIMS Last year cutoff, there you will find OBC Category only not PWBD Category(OBC)
