Dear Advitiya, 2019 cut offs havent been released yet. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categoies have been as follows:

General Category: 508
SC: 420
ST: 281

Now this is 2018 data and this year the general cut offs increased by 15 marks. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So based on your Category, you should aim for 75-100 marks more than the previous years's score.
