Hello,
There are a lot of universities providing B.sc course in their Institute. So, it would be helpful if you can specify the Institute name or the university so that I can tell you they whole procedure in the best possible manner.

Date of releasing of B.Sc Science application form is different for different colleges. Since you have not mentioned the name of institution so it is not possible to guide you appropriately.
In some institutions application form has been released, so please let me know the name of Institute so that I can help you accordingly.

You can go on the official website and the download the form. The form and the supporting documents are available on their website. The admissions are not yet started so you can regularly see the website for any updates.
