You can go for B.ed after your B.E. Eligibility criteria for pursuing B.ed in most of the top universities is pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech. or B.E. with specialization in Science and Mathematics, rest it may vary with the university you choose. There are some universities like Symbiosis Universi,Lovely Professional university,Lady shri Ram college for women- New Delhi, Kasturi ram college of higher education - new delhi, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University- New Delhi
