Dear Tripti

You only need to write the name of that medical college.

For example- Suppose you are filling for Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore then in the form, it should be written only  "Bangalore" and for Mysore Medical College, Mysore, it should be "Mysore".

Hope this helps you.
